FAQ's
Common questions about MomSoft Learning
What is MomSoft Learning?
MomSoft Learning is a collection of kid-friendly learning activities — letters, numbers, maths, English, science, creative arts, music, and more — designed for children ages 3 to 11, anywhere in the world.
How do plans and pricing work?
Families and schools choose a plan that suits them — see our Plans page for current options. Schools can enrol a whole class and get a teacher dashboard; parents can add several children to one account.
What devices work best?
The site works in a modern web browser on computers, tablets, and phones. Many activities use large buttons and touch-friendly controls for tablets and phones.
Do I need to install an app?
No. Open the website in your browser — nothing to install from an app store.
How do activities work?
Pick a topic, choose a skill, then follow the on-screen instructions. Many activities include spoken prompts — tap the speaker or “Hear again” when you need to listen again.
Who can I contact for more help?

What age groups does MomSoft Learning cover?
MomSoft Learning covers ages 3 to 11, organised into five bands: 3–4, 4–5, 5–6, 6–7 and Advanced Skills (7–11) — each with its own age-appropriate curriculum.
What subjects are available?
There are 12 subjects to explore: English, Maths, Science, Brain Games, Stories & Reading, Creative Arts, Social Studies, Music & Rhythm, World Discovery, Sports & PE, General Knowledge, and Life Skills.
Is it safe for children?
Yes. MomSoft Learning contains no advertising, no in-app purchases inside activities, and we never sell your data. The platform is designed to be COPPA and UK GDPR compliant. Children can explore freely without encountering external links or commercial content.
Do my children need to create an account?
Children can start playing straight away. An account lets parents and carers track their child’s progress, save favourites and set how each child learns best.
Can teachers use MomSoft Learning?
Yes — schools are very welcome. Teachers can register and access a dedicated dashboard to enrol pupils, monitor progress, and create learning plans tailored to their class. See the Plans page for school options.
Does it work offline?
Partly. MomSoft Learning runs in any modern browser with nothing to install, and once a device has opened the site the pages and activities it has already visited keep working without a connection (add it to the home screen for the best experience). Saving progress, homework plans and school notices need the internet, so play offline is for practice only — it is not added to the child’s progress record.
What languages is it available in?
The app itself (menus, instructions, Stella's voice) is in English. Children can also learn other languages inside it: Spanish, Italian, French, German, Urdu (اردو) and Hindi (हिन्दी) — first words, alphabets with letter tracing, and everyday phrases, all with pictures and voice. Stories can be read in the family's chosen language too. See the language activities →
How do I report a problem or suggest an activity?
