These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of MomSoft Learning at momsoftlearning.com and all associated pages. By registering or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Who Can Use the Service

• The Service is designed for children aged 3–9 years old
• Accounts must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or over
• By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are the parent or legal guardian of the child who will use the Service
• Children must not create their own accounts without parental involvement
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion

3. Accounts & Registration

• You are responsible for keeping your account password secure and confidential
• You must notify us immediately at hello@momsoftlearning.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date
• One account may be used to manage one or more child profiles

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its underlying systems
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any content, code, or materials from the Service
• Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Share your account credentials with others outside your household
• Use the Service in a way that could harm children

5. Free & Premium Plans

Free Plan

The free plan gives access to a selection of core activities across all subjects. No credit card is required. The free plan is provided "as-is" and may be changed or limited at any time.

Premium Plan

Premium plans unlock the full activity library, progress tracking, and additional features. Pricing is displayed on our Pricing page and may change. You will be notified of any price changes before they take effect on your subscription.

6. Payments & Cancellation

• Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider — we do not store card details
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the paid period
• We do not offer refunds for partial periods except where required by law (including the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015)
• UK consumers have a 14-day cooling-off right for digital services unless the service has been fully performed with your prior consent

7. Intellectual Property

All content on MomSoft Learning — including activities, illustrations, text, audio, the Stella mascot, and the MomSoft Learning brand — is the intellectual property of Self IT Solutions UK Ltd and is protected by copyright law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial, household use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our written permission.

Your personal data remains your property. You grant us a limited licence to process it as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

MomSoft Learning is provided "as is" and "as available". While we work hard to ensure high-quality, accurate educational content, we make no warranty that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The content is suitable for every child's individual educational needs
• The Service will meet your specific requirements

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Self IT Solutions UK Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Service Availability

We aim to keep MomSoft Learning available 24/7. However, we may need to suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will try to give advance notice of planned downtime. We are not liable for any loss caused by unavailability of the Service.

10. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@momsoftlearning.com. Upon deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. In such cases, we will notify you where legally permitted to do so.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email and will display the updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If you continue to use the Service after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where local consumer protection law requires otherwise.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also be entitled to use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
